Das Urban eröffnet 2022 und bringt feinste europäische Küche und Ambiente ins Hunter.
Die Idee stammt von den Gastronomieexperten Kasia Idczak und Tim Atkinson, einem Paar mit langjähriger Erfahrung aus ganz Europa, das Ihnen Zugang zu den feinsten Aromen und Aromen lokaler und europäischer Produzenten bietet.
Gäste können das Urban Restaurant & Wine Bar besuchen und frische, hausgemachte Pasta, Tapas und herzhafte Hauptgerichte genießen.
Das Restaurant ist von der europäischen Küche inspiriert und bietet hochwertige Gerichte, begleitet von einer der besten Wein- und Cocktailkarten Newcastles.
Einzigartig neben der umfangreichen Speisekarte ist die Möglichkeit, sich seine eigene Wurst- und Käseplatte zusammenzustellen. Das Angebot umfasst über 20 Käsesorten und 20 Fleischsorten, eine Auswahl an lokalen Produkten aus dem Hunter und die besten Produkte aus ganz Europa.
