Ein spektakulär architektonisch gestalteter und hochmoderner Veranstaltungsort mit einer voll funktionsfähigen, preisgekrönten Brauerei befindet sich im Herzen des Strandvororts Merewether in Newcastle.
Der atemberaubende Raum bietet Platz für knapp 300 Personen und Besucher können köstliche, brauereifrische Modus-Biere genießen, die aus 36 frostigen Zapfhähnen gezapft werden. Das Bierangebot umfasst das Modus-Kernsortiment, einschließlich der alkoholfreien NORT-Reihe, sowie begrenzte, nur in der Region erhältliche Neuerscheinungen von Sours bis Lager, von trüben, hopfenreichen IPAs bis hin zu dunklen Bieren. Das Angebot ist unglaublich und ändert sich ständig! Und wenn Bier nicht Ihr Ding ist, machen Sie sich keine Sorgen – es gibt auch eine umfangreiche Auswahl an kuratierten Cocktails, Weinen und Spirituosen.
Die Speisekarte ist so köstlich und innovativ wie die angebotenen Getränke; gehobene Pub-Klassik mit einer Prise frischer mexikanischer Köstlichkeiten. Die Bar und die Küche verwenden frische australische Zutaten und (soweit möglich) das umfangreiche Sortiment an Spirituosen, Spirituosen und Weinen wird von lokalen Produzenten bezogen. Es gibt sogar Initiativen zum Anbau frischer Kräuter! Diese Beispiele sind nur ein kleiner Teil der größeren Initiativen zur Reduzierung von Lebensmittelverschwendung und CO2-Emissionen.
