Emma's Cottage ist eines der kleinsten Weingüter im Hunter Valley und produziert erstklassige Boutique-Weine aus sieben verschiedenen Rebsorten des Weinguts. Heute verwendet Chefwinzer Richard Done sowohl Trauben vom eigenen Weingut als auch aus der Region für die Herstellung von Alter Wines.

Das Cellar Door ist für Weinproben geöffnet. Genießen Sie Ihre Verkostung im Cellar Door oder wählen Sie an den Tischen im Freien mit Blick auf das umliegende Anwesen. Besucher können auch auf ein Glas Wein vorbeischauen und aus einer Auswahl an Gourmet-Gerichten von der Speisekammerkarte wählen, während sie die Ruhe des Anwesens genießen.
Emma's Cottage wurde 2021 von der Mulpha Group, den Eigentümern des Weinguts Bimbadgen in Pokolbin übernommen. Dank der Expertise des erweiterten Weinbauteams wurden 2022 eine neue Weinmarke und ein Cellar Door in Emma's Cottage eingeführt. Sie sind eine neue Interpretation des Hunter Valley-Weins und die stolze Heimat von Bimbadgens Alter Ego: Alter Wines.
