Summer High Tea - Gluten Free
Overview
High tea is a 2-hour sitting of delicacies served on vintage crockery with a duo of sandwiches (cucumber and cream cheese, turkey and housemade pickle), Pesto and chicken pinwheel wrap, Dill & Gruyere cheese frittata topped with smoked salmon, Chicken liver pate & beetroot relish canape, Pork and chicken terrine with fruit chutney, Duo of mini-cakes (flavours may include almond, lemon, blueberry, strawberry and pistachio, passionfruit), Chocolate mouss and House made scones with locally made jam. All items will be made with gluten free ingredients.
Served with your choice of tea from Tea Journeys Nowra or coffee from Rush Coffee Bowral. Option for free-flow Australian sparkling wine.
