Carinya Byron Bay is a collection of six eco-conscious villas nestled in the Byron hinterland, just 10 minutes from Byron's beaches and 5 minutes from the village of Bangalow.

Each self-contained villa is surrounded by native bushland, with sweeping views of rolling hills and the gentle rhythm of local life. Think cows wandering by, native birds at dusk, and unforgettable sunsets from your private deck. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the hinterland, offering stunning views at every turn.

Inside, you'll find two bedrooms, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and an open-plan living and dining area, designed for comfort and simplicity. Whether you're settling in with a book, cooking up something local, or doing absolutely nothing at all, the space invites you to slow down and soak it all in.

Carinya is fully off-grid, powered by solar and rainwater, with refillable amenities and low-impact design. Over the past two decades, more than 30 acres of rainforest have been regenerated on the property, now home to koalas, echidnas, and black cockatoos.

Whether you're seeking a restorative stay or exploring the best of the Northern Rivers, Carinya offers a quiet, comfortable base surrounded by nature.
