Hello and Yaama. The owner of Yinarr-Ma Bush Tucker Tours, Kerrie Saunders, welcomes everyone to Yinarr-ma where they do bush walking, and gatherings of bush food, medicine and materials on Gamilaraay/Gomeroi country of Moree.
The name Moree has two meanings 'The big water hole' and 'The Rising sun'. Be immersed in the Indigenous culture and nature surrounding the outback country town of Moree.
On the Whittakers Lagoon tour, Kerrie will talk about the four native grains, changing seasons, language and stories associated with that site.
This is a self-drive tour departing Moree Information Centre at 9 am, with a return around 11 pm.
