Tasting Trails Australia is a self-guided tasting pass for exploring a region through its cellar doors, distilleries, breweries and local producers. Each pass bundles prepaid tastings at independent venues, so visitors choose their stops, set their own pace and arrive with nothing more to pay for the tastings included.

In the Southern Highlands, the trail takes in cool-climate wineries around Mittagong, Berrima, Exeter and Sutton Forest, gin in Bowral, beer in Robertson and a mushroom tasting inside an 1886 railway tunnel. Short videos in the app share the story behind each stop, from how the wines and gins are made to the history of the towns along the way.

Three passes suit different trips: a five-tasting pass for return visits across a year, a three-tasting pass for a two-day break, and a set weekend trail of two cellar doors and a gin distillery.
