World premiere of a heartwarming play based on a wild Norwegian classic.

Join them for a new adaptation of Ibsen's 'Peer Gynt', written and directed in the Illawarra.

Peer Gynt has died without his final prayer. Can his soul be saved by those who love him? This bold, fast-paced work invites the audience to laugh, cry and ponder what really matters in life. Showcasing the genius of the original Scandinavian text, they bring Ibsen's sidelined women forward and humanise the eponymous 'Gynt boy'.

Enjoy incredible performances by theatre veterans, Scott McCann as Peer, Gillian Meers as Gamla, Louisa Raft as Astrid Solheim and introducing singer/songwriter, Flaka Kiki, as Solveig Solheim.

Meet your mates there! They're only a two minute walk from First Light Brewery who are running a 'Schooner for the price of a Middy' promotion (upon production of your ticket!). Drinking songs obligatory.
