Overview
Newcastle puppy yoga with Yoga Paws brings gentle movement and playful puppies to an ongoing weekly city programme. With advertised sessions in Newcastle West and Maryville, visitors can choose an available date and location for a relaxed hour away from their usual routine.
The beginner-friendly sessions combine instructor-led yoga with puppies exploring, playing or settling beside the mats. Each experience lasts 60 minutes, mats are provided, and participants can move at their own pace. Guests are welcome to come alone, bring friends or make it a shared weekend outing.
Puppy interaction is voluntary. Two dedicated staff focus on animal care, a separate retreat space allows puppies to rest away from participants, and full breaks separate sessions.
The Newcastle programme continues weekly, with the exact venue, date and available times shown on the Newcastle booking page. Tickets are generally released around three weeks ahead. Public sessions welcome participants aged 12 and over, with the relevant accompaniment requirements applying to younger teenagers.
