Guests learn to sift and whisk ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha and make their own matcha latte with guidance from a host. They then choose a ceramic mug or matcha bowl and paint it using simple, step-by-step techniques.

No experience is needed. Matcha, the ceramic piece, paints, brushes and tools are all provided, and guests take home the piece they painted. Sessions suit solo visitors, friends, couples and small groups, and larger private celebrations can be arranged.

Guests are advised to wear clothing that can get a little paint on it. Matcha naturally contains caffeine.
