Macquarie Marshes Kayak Tours offers tours in the stunning Macquarie Marshes - internationally significant wetlands in western NSW, renowned for abundant and diverse waterbirds.

You will paddle across peaceful wetlands in your own small tour group - tours are usually limited to four people. Your tour guide has a background in environmental science and river restoration, has excellent knowledge of the Macquarie Marshes, and is a Paddle Australia-qualified guide and instructor.

Tours are 2.5 hours duration, and are a relaxed pace. No kayaking experience is required. Kayaks are provided.

Tours operate almost daily in September and October.

The tours take you into the Macquarie Marshes Nature Reserve, which is not open to the general public.
