Day time fungus stroll
Overview
From the end of summer to the start of winter, there are plenty of fungi species appearing in Glenrock State Conservation Area, Newcastle, after rain.

Your guide, Karen, is an award-winning scientist and speaker. You will learn how to find fungi, steps for identification, and their role in the ecosystem. You may also learn the physics behind fungi.
This tour is suitable for ages 5+. Note that no glowing ghost fungus will be seen on this tour option. No pets are allowed and there are no facilities such as toilets in the park.
Tours may be cancelled if the weather conditions require it, with full refund provided.
