The Landing Pad is a private, 1-bedroom waterfront studio in St Georges Basin sleeping two guests. Perfect for couples and aquatic adventures, this self-contained retreat sits right on the water and features its own on-site boat ramp (for boats up to 4m).

Luxury king bed and a full bathroom with a shower and vanity. Premium toiletries are provided.

Smart TV lounge with board games, dining for two, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, and Nespresso machine. Pantry basics are supplied.

Wi-Fi, reverse-cycle A/C, hairdryer, iron, Port-a-Cot, and highchair. Note: There is no washing machine or dryer.

Covered dining for two, a BBQ, a fire pit (firewood supplied), and 1 off-street parking space with dedicated boat/trailer parking.

Location: Absolute waterfront. It is 4 kilometres to the golf course, 4.5 kilometres to Paradise Beach, 4.9 kilometres to Sanctuary Point shops, and 13 kilometres to Booderee National Park.

Important Notes: The yard is unfenced at the waterfront; close supervision is required. The studio has a private rear entrance, though the main house on-site may be occupied. No pets allowed. Bring your own beach towels.
