This neat and tidy ground floor unit is perfect for your next holiday stay in Port Stephens. It offers a tiled, air-conditioned open plan living area with comfortable seating, an android Smart television, Bluetooth sound bar, ceiling fan and glass sliding doors out to a covered patio area with outdoor setting overlooking beautiful, lush gardens. The kitchen comes equipped with microwave, new coffee pod machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and a stove, and the dining space is fitted with a solid wooden table and eight chairs, and also has access to the outdoor patio area. There is split system air-conditioning throughout the unit.

The large main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and a private en suite with shower and toilet, and there are two other bedrooms, one with a tri-bunk (double on bottom and one on top) and the other with two single beds. The main three way bathroom comes equipped with a wheelchair friendly shower, plus a bath and toilet, and the internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer. You will have access to two car spaces – one in communal lockup garage and one open car space that can accommodate a boat up to 5.5 metres long.
