Perched upstairs at the historic Evans Head-Casino Surf Life Saving Club on Captain Cook Drive, The Sandbar & Restaurant delivers an untraditional surf club dining experience with sweeping, unbroken views over Main Beach.
Featuring an enclosed oceanfront deck, the restaurant specializes in vibrant, modern Pan-Asian cuisine crafted with fresh, seasonal produce from local Australian farmers and regional fishermen. The venue offers versatile dining experiences throughout the week. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, patrons are welcome to enjoy drinks from the bar alongside lunch ordered from The Sandpit Café downstairs. From Friday through the weekend, the restaurant serves full lunch and dinner menus.
