Overview
The baths are a great facility for people who enjoy swimming or simply relaxing by the beautiful lake.
The facility incorporates protective mesh on all three sides, which encourages people to use the area for swimming.
The area includes a new jetty that is 70 metres long, with a 45-metre-wide swimming enclosure and an access ramp to a deep-water platform for people with mobility restrictions.
There are toilet facilities, cold showers, picnic tables and undercover areas.
The amenities building also stores a mobi aquatic chair to borrow for wheelchair access into the baths (available upon council request).
Nearby is a playground, ping pong table and cafes.
