Overview
Quamby Park Farm Stay and Petting Zoo is a beautiful 55-acre property at the foot of the Dananbilla Range. With stunning views and an abundance of rustic charm, it makes for the perfect weekend getaway for nature lovers!
As a working farm, Quamby Park is home to sheep, miniature Galloway cattle, miniature and normal-sized horses, donkeys, and goats, turkeys, guinea fowl, peacocks and more, all hand-raised and friendly. It's the largest and oldest Miniature Goat Stud in NSW and there are often baby animals on bottles and goats to milk.
The State Forest surrounding Quamby Park is wonderful for bushwalking with outstanding views, spectacular sunrises and sunsets to admire. There are endless numbers of native birds, kangaroos and wallabies to view, and occasionally an echidna or wombat.
Accommodation includes a rustic cabin 'The Bunkhouse' sleeping four, 'The Old School Bus' which sleeps eight people, the 'Betty Boop' Caravan which sleeps four, and two expansive camping grounds.
Toilets and showers are available, and campfires are permitted when restrictions aren't in place, with firewood available to purchase by the wheelbarrow load.
If you're only here for a day, book in for a Day Visit at the petting zoo. Get close and cuddly with an alpaca, bottle feed some baby goats and see how many different species of birds you can spot in the aviaries and the skies!
