Noeleen Lloyd, a passionate local historian from Victoria, is renowned for her expertise on the Kelly Gang and her dedication to preserving Australian heritage. As a great-granddaughter of Ned Kelly's cousin and a co-founder of the Greta Heritage Group, she actively researches and celebrates history, including the Irish Famine Orphan Scheme. With over 30 years in criminal justice and a strong commitment to community, Noeleen works tirelessly to keep Australia's stories alive.
