Our property is located 20 minutes north of Forster–Tuncurry in an area called Hallidays Point. Hallidays Point has a population of around 4,000, consisting of a mix of retirees and a fair proportion of tradespeople—everything retirees need most! We’re about a 15-minute walk to Diamond Beach and a 10-minute drive to the local shopping centre, which includes a bakery, IGA, chemist, two hairdressers, pharmacy, real estate office, library, and post office. Nearby, there is also a tavern and sports club, as well as several cafés and restaurants. If you’re into golf, there is an international-standard course just a few minutes away, complete with a great licensed restaurant. Forster–Tuncurry, about a 20-minute drive away, is the main shopping hub. With a population of around 22,000, it is a premier coastal destination renowned for pristine Wallis Lake, stunning surf beaches, and marine life encounters. Top attractions include diving with grey nurse sharks, dolphin-watching cruises, swimming in the Tuncurry Rock Pool, walking to Bennetts Head Lookout, and exploring Booti Booti National Park.
