Overview
Estancia Adina is a relaxed yet refined restaurant set among the vineyards and olive groves of Lovedale, in the heart of the Hunter Valley. Located within Adina Vineyard & Olive Grove, Estancia brings together Italian, Latin American and Mediterranean influences, with a strong focus on quality produce, generous hospitality and cooking over fire.
Guests can dine inside the restaurant, enjoy the covered balcony overlooking the vines, or book the private dining room for intimate celebrations, group lunches and special occasions. The menu changes with the seasons and may include pasta, premium steaks, slow-cooked meats, fresh seafood, estate-grown olives and dishes designed for sharing.
Alongside the main menu, Estancia offers a selection of signature dining experiences, including Thursday Pasta Night, Friday Steak Night, Sunday Asado Parrilla and the Chef's Set Menu. Each experience is designed to be relaxed, generous and full of flavour.
The drinks list features Adina Estate wines, premium cocktails, Modus beers and carefully selected non-alcoholic options. Estate olive oil and olives are also an important part of the experience, connecting the food directly to the surrounding property.
Estancia is welcoming to couples, families, groups and visitors exploring the Hunter Valley. Whether visiting for a casual lunch, celebratory dinner, weekend escape or private event, guests can expect thoughtful cooking, local flavour and a welcoming sense of place at every visit.
