Glenridle Reserve

Overview

Glenridle Reserve is a grassy picnic area and free campground on the northern foreshore of Split Rock Dam. The area is used for swimming, kayaking, fishing and relaxing. There are large, grassed camping sites running right to the edge of the water. Facilities include a large picnic shelter, smaller picnic shelter, toilets, non-drinking water, a fish scaler and campoven chains over fire sites. Bring your own firewood. Glenridle Reserve is a grassy picnic area and free campground on the northern foreshore of Split Rock Dam. The area is used for swimming, kayaking, fishing and relaxing. There are large, grassed camping sites running right to the edge of the water.

Facilities include a large picnic shelter, smaller picnic shelter, toilets, non-drinking water, a fish scaler and campoven chains over fire sites. Bring your own firewood. There is a gravel boat ramp. This site is accessible by caravans.

Travel around 8 kilometres south of Barraba. Turn east (left) onto Pera Linton Rd and travel for around 8 kilometres.
