Set within Australia's oldest mainland brewery, this remarkable 1830s site is rich in history. Once powered by steam-driven industry, a steam engine operated here as early as the late 1830s, driving a flour mill that laid the foundations for brewing on site by the early 1840s. That same spirit of innovation lives on today, with the brewery carefully restored and brought back to life as a vibrant hospitality destination.

Now home to the Mill Bar, guests can enjoy the craftsmanship of the renowned Head Brewer behind Wayback Beer, brewed using premium local and regional ingredients. Traditional in approach yet far from conventional, the range offers something for every palate.
