Dirawong Dreaming Tour
Overview
This unique adventure and experience starts at 9am, it is a 7 hour returning at 4pm public amenities available during the Tour stops.
We will be traveling along of the most eastern point of Australia, In the winter 25,000 migratory Whales travel the coast line dancing in the ocean along the coast as we visit significant heritage and ancestral dreaming sites on the Bundjalung coast.
We will visit a bora grounds (ceremonial site) Lunch is provided at our sacred lake at Lennox Head. we will then visit fish traps, middens, massacres sites learn about its people and their history pre-invasion and post-invasion, then to the forest remnants of the Big Scrub a chance to observe nature in its habitat while overlooking the spirit of the landscape.. walking on sacred grounds listening to the sounds of nature and her breath taking views returning later that day to your accommodation or meeting place.
