The food menu has been crafted to enable guests to explore the street food scene from around the world and delivers a wide range of small and large plates inspired by cuisines from all over the world.

The restaurant's name gains inspiration from the precinct's food history. When the Illawarra was first settled, produce was transported to Belmore Basin, before being loaded onto steamships bound for Sydney's growing population.
