Taste Local Dinner at Martin's Ridge Farm

Guests are invited to enjoy an evening degustation on the deck overlooking the farm and McDonald State Forest, celebrating local Shoalhaven produce.

Using Martins Ridge produce alongside ingredients sourced from local growers, fishers and producers, each course highlights seasonal food from the region. The six-course menu is prepared by resident chef Ian and showcases the diversity and quality of local ingredients.

Producers featured include Coopers Growing, Marella Seafoods, Second Fiddle Smokehouse, Misty Valley Mushrooms, Pointer Mountain Honey, and others.

This is a fully licensed venue offering regional beers and wines, cocktails and soft drinks. BYO is not available.

Please note this is an adults-focused dining experience. There are no children's menu options available, and all bookings are for the 80-dollar six-course degustation menu.
