The Drom's dinners for the Fungi Feastival in 2024 and 2025 were amazing. The 2026 dinner promises to be even bigger and better. Seats are limited, so book early to avoid missing out.

Course 2: Pulled shiitake mushroom bao bun, Korean red dragon sauce, slaw, crispy shallots
