Originating in Byron Bay in 2017, the Light Years brand was born from a desire to bring a fun, modern Asian dining experience to the East Coast. Offering delicious share-style food, unique cocktails, and friendly wait staff, Light Years Byron Bay very quickly became a beachside favourite.
Each menu is spearheaded by Executive Chef Robbie Oijvall to create food that is bold, colourful and full of punchy flavour. Rounding out the full experience – the soundtrack is fun, the lights are dim, and the vibes are always high!
