The property is one of a few, that leads directly onto the beach – just walk out of the house, across level lawn to the beach, then two to three minutes to the surf club, patrolled area and waterfront cafes.

Mollymook Beach is two to three hours drive from Canberra or Sydney. The house is walking distance to Mollymook shopping centre, Rick Stein’s restaurant and the new Tallwood Eatery.
