Prenatal yoga will help you prepare physically and mentally for labour, birth and motherhood using yoga poses, breathing, meditation and relaxation.

The Prenatal Yoga sequences are based on my yoga practice throughout my pregnancy plus 18 years of teaching prenatal yoga and include Hypnobirthing tools, Active Birth positions and breathing techniques for labour.

Classes are dynamic yet relaxing and safe for all trimesters and experience including beginners.

After each class, we’ll explore a different theme that’ll allow you to connect with yourself, your baby and other like- minded women whilst sipping on hot tea and organic homemade treats.

Classes are taught by Melissa Field- Mother, Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner, Doula and Yoga Instructor with 18 years experience.

Classes can be attended casually or sign up to our weekly membership for a guaranteed spot each week.
