This is a great opportunity for people to come and experience the taste of what Sandbar has planned, with the arrival of its new chef and team.
They will be showcasing wines from Cupitt's Estate, as well as oysters from Jim Wild and mussels from Jervis Bay Mussels, spread across a seafood based menu with touches of locally sourced meats in a fabulous four-course set menu.
