Moraea Farm offers luxury farmhouse accommodation between Berry village and Seven Mile Beach, NSW. Set across five acres of landscaped grounds, the property combines working farm experiences, contemporary design and wellness-focused stays.

The farmhouse blends recycled timber, marble finishes, rich textures and bold interiors, creating a stay that feels both refined and relaxed.

Five king bedrooms are privately positioned throughout the home, each featuring an ensuite bathroom, private balcony, bar fridge, tea station, television and air conditioning. An adjoining bunk room provides a flexible option for families.

There is a spacious communal living area with a fireplace, large dining table and fully equipped kitchen designed for shared meals and extended stays.

Outdoor spaces include landscaped gardens, a heated swimming pool, hot tub, traditional hot rock sauna, cold plunge and outdoor dining area with pizza oven and barbecue.

Highland cows graze nearby, goats, sheep and chickens roam the gardens, and open green spaces create a strong connection to the land. Guests can book a private animal feeding experience (subject to availability).
