Tilba Dairy is a 100 per cent Australian family owned and run business with a passion for creating products of the highest quality using the best ingredients available.

With multiple award-winning businesses, Nic and Erica Dibden are the proud owners of Tilba Dairy and operate a dairy farm in the picturesque Tilba Tilba Valley milking beautiful Jersey cows. From this pure jersey herd and the unique Terre Noire of Tilba, they produce the creamiest milk, yoghurt, cheese and milkshakes that will blow your mind and tantalize your taste buds.

Located in Central Tilba, their historical ABC Cheese Factory is home to Tilba Dairy’s Production Factory and Retail Store.

In their factory, they produce bottled milk, yoghurt, cream and many varieties of cheese.

When visiting the retail store you can take a peek through the factory windows to see their cheesemakers and packers at work (Monday and Wednesday 9am-12pm).

Tilba Real Dairy retail store is stocked with all of the delicious dairy and cheeses options, local and sourced condiments, honey and kitchen giftware. You can also enjoy our amazing milkshakes, coffees and ice creams!

They are all about making delicious, quality dairy products from fresh un-homogenised Jersey milk. They welcome visitors to Central Tilba, to come and try their delicious products and take some goodies home to enjoy with family and friends.
