Enjoy oysters direct from the Clyde River farm gate to your plate, at the Pearly Oyster Bar in Batemans Bay.
Stefan and Kathy Paschalidis continue the farming and retail tradition established by family patriarch Christos, more than 30 years ago. They farm the popular 'Sydney Rock Oyster' and the 'Angasi' (Native Flat Oyster), in the Clyde River Estuaries. Once they are harvested, they are taken to the shed where they are meticulously graded for quality assurance, and freshly opened for you to enjoy at the Pearly Oyster Bar.
