The Snowies Trail Run Festival is hosted in conjunction with the TreX Cross Triathlon Australian National Championships which together make up an action-packed weekend of off-road action for the entire family.
Taking in some of the most spectacular alpine mountain scenery this trail run festival is back in 2025.
Based at Lake Crackenback Resort and Spa, the course follows the awe-inspiring Thredbo Valley which undulates and climbs to Thredbo Resort alongside the Thredbo River within Australia’s iconic Kosciuszko National Park.
And there are courses for all comers including the Ultra, Half Marathon, 11 kilometre, five-kilometre and free kids events. So whether you're a hardcore trail runner, a weekend warrior, someone who just loves getting into the outdoors, or a family with kids, there’s something at Trail Run Australia Snowies for you.

Actively welcomes people with access needs.
Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)
