Welcome to the Starview Primitive Campsite, only 12 kilometres from Broken Hill.
Nestle into the gorgeous Living Desert State Park and spend a few nights among the quiet surroundings. Enjoy encounters with a variety of native animals, and explore the rich mineral deposits and rock formations on extensive walking trails leading to the Sunset Sculptures and through John Simon's Flora and Fauna Sanctuary.
Relax under a magnificent night sky on star-view seats. Bring the family or have a solo adventure in a secure environment.
The campsite provides 15 unpowered van sites, a wood-chipped tent area, a shelter with free gas barbeques and picnic tables, toilets, showers, and star-view seating.
After-hours access is provided via entry code. Maximum five nights stay. No pets or fires allowed.
