Every year on the 26th of January the township of Bourke puts on big Australia Day celebrations. These Australia Day celebrations are held at the Bourke War Memorial Swimming Pool, with free pool entry from 7am and free breakfast from 8am.
The big day starts at 9am with an official ceremony, followed by the presentation of Australia Day awards.
Various activities are available to participate in.
