Cubby Bakehouse specialises in authentic French baguettes, top-quality sourdough bread, epic pastries, made-to-order whole celebration cakes, alongside specialty coffee and all-day brunches.
Everything you see in the cabinet – from the fresh strawberry tarts and the cream-cheese injected cookies to the decadent custard-filled muffins and jam-topped cream-bun eclairs – is made from scratch on-site, with fresh batches lining the cabinet across the day. Grab a spot inside or go alfresco amongst the flower gardens and rip into Cubby’s brunch favourites like the bacon and egg banh mi, fresh avo on Cubby’s famed sourdough, green-tea noodle salad with karaage chicken, French toast croissants and, of course, French-style baguette sandwiches.
You’ll find Cubby in the heart of Chinderah overlooking the Tweed River – just follow your nose.
