Eltham Station Byron Hinterland

Eltham Station Campground is a quiet campground on the Wilson River near the hip village of Eltham, just down the road from Bangalow, a few k's from Clunes and 35kms from Byron Bay. The camp sites are private and have easy access for 2WD vehicles or 4WD. Eltham Station has 6 all weather campsites available along a high bank above a private lagoon. The sites have gravel pads and grass to set up on, plus campfire spots laid out (firewood available) a clearly marked road in and are also surrounded by large trees to provide plenty of shade. There are plenty of birds, frogs, water dragons, platypus (if you are quiet), wallabies and other wildlife around the property and it is a beautiful and peaceful location to set up camp for caravans, motorhomes, swags, tents or vans. Exclusive use of the whole campground for a large group is available on request.
