Winmark Wines (former Pooles Rock) is a stunning property situated 229 Wollombi Rd in Broke, Hunter Valley.

Spanning 130 exquisite acres in the heart of the Hunter Valley, Winmark is not just a premium wine producer, it's a destination designed to connect guests with architecture, art and the vineyard. With 28 acres planted to Chardonnay, a Cellar Door, Art Gallery and Sculpture Park, Winmark is a place of discovery.

Owner Karin Adcock has fully renovated Winmark's existing accommodation The Private Residence and Rock View with an artful eye, transforming it into one of the area's premier destinations. With the addition of Mio Monte and the tiny Villa Vino accommodation, the offering is complete providing opportunities for large family getaways to small intimate stays. Each of the guesthouses showcases their own unique character and hold furnishings and artworks sourced from around the globe, and all make the most of the breath-taking mountain and vineyard views.

The grounds are a wonderland of their own; sculptures, overflowing rose garden, dams and natural landmarks of historical significance dot the landscape. Set against the beauty of of Yellow Rock state forest, this is a place to completely unwind and truly connect with nature.
