Blue Sky Cheese local providores is a cute shop in the Central West.

A butcher's shop since 1916, it has been rescued and lovingly restored. Be surprised by the organic nature of the building and the Red-tailed Glossy Black Cockatoos in flight across the shop wall.

There is a huge cheese platter mural outside as well as extraordinary corrugated iron draft horses, complete with a hitching rail and saddle for those must-have photos!

It is the direct outlet for a range of soft and semi-hard artisan cheeses handmade in the Blue Sky Cheese factory in Mendooran. You can also source fresh, local garden produce, handmade preserves, rustic bread, local pork, eggs and honey.

Attached is a 24-hour free book exchange and an evolving community garden. There is also a little coffee van parks next to the Cheese Shop offering a range of cafe-style hot and cold drinks.
