Cutting-horse is where skilled riders and nimble horses trained to separate cattle from a herd work together vying for the Futurity prize. At the PBR Tamworth Iron Cowboy in November, watch as professional bull riders try to stay on bucking bulls for eight heart-stopping seconds.
