Welcome to Robertson Truffle Farm in the beautiful NSW Southern Highlands. Their Black Perigord Truffle farm has been established for over 15 years and was one of the first operating and producing farms in Australia.
The town of Robertson is noted for its distinctive red volcanic basalt soil, which is known as ‘Robertson soil’. The combination of this soil, their careful preparation of the ground, good rainfall and cool winters with frosts is perfect for truffle growing.
Robertson Truffles run Truffle Hunt tours during the harvest season between June and August.
