The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for culinary enthusiasts. The property also has a games room with a billiard table and table tennis providing added entertainment for all.

Step outside and you will find a wide north-facing veranda off the dining room, perfect for enjoying the picturesque surroundings. A charming courtyard with outdoor dining and a barbeque can flow out from the kitchen and games room by opening the French doors, offering a delightful spot for outdoor gatherings. French doors from the lounge room lead to a terrace that overlooks the championship all-weather tennis court, where you can enjoy a friendly game of tennis together.
