Woodland Studio & Farm offers boutique farmstay accommodation for 2-4 people on a gorgeous 10 hectare farm in the NSW Southern Highlands.

Woodland Studio is a beautifully refurbished farm building with vaulted ceilings, skylight and rural vistas from every room. It featured as the May 2022 "Weekend Away" in Country Style Magazine. The expansive Studio room contains a king bed, two couches, TV, boardgames, books and mags - perfect for a couple. Bedroom 2 can be configured as 2 king singles for children, or alternatively as a king bed for a second couple. There is a kitchenette and dining room, outdoor BBQ and bathroom with shower & separate toilet. Bedroom 2 also has it's own sitting room - an ideal breakout space for the kids.

Guests can enjoy a farm tour to feed the sheep & alpaca, learn about the bees or simply explore the farm paddocks and orchard. Perfectly located to explore the nearby historic village of Exeter and local vineyards. Or the broader Southern Highlands region, including Bowral, Moss Vale, Berrima and Bundanoon with renowned food, wine, shops, galleries, bushwalking & cycling nearby.

Small dogs are welcome too - the Studio has a private fenced backyard. Continental breakfast goodies OR a voucher to nearby Exeter General Store is provided.

Exeter is only 150 kms from Sydney and Canberra, under two hours by car.
