A rejuvenating morning of mindful movement, with gentle stretches based on yoga poses and guided meditation to unwind your body and mind. Delight in a refreshing morning tea, and then nurture your creativity in a playful drawing and printmaking workshop.

A perfect blend of relaxation and self-care.
This workshop is suitable for persons aged 16 years and above.

Includes use of yoga mat, art materials, guidance from Maryanne and Elaine, morning tea refreshments and complementary well-being gift bag.

Please wear comfortable clothes.

A quiet space is available at the venue/ facility
