Enjoy a full hot and cold buffet breakfast and sophisticated dinner in the relaxed dining environment, the alfresco patio is a great place to unwind with a beverage by the fire. The menu features amazing local and seasonal produce the Orange region is renowned and combines it with originality and flair.
