Who's counting down to the next Boggabri Drovers' Campfire?

Held on the Anzac Day weekend of April each year, the Boggabri Drovers' Campfire is a much-loved tradition that brings together caravanners, motorhome travellers, campers, four-wheel drivers, ute owners and swaggies from across Australia for a relaxed weekend of country hospitality.

First established through the vision of Lion Geoff Eather and the support of the Boggabri Lions Club, the event has grown into one of the region's signature gatherings, celebrating rural life, community spirit and the warm welcome Boggabri is known for.

Across the weekend, visitors can enjoy a packed program of activities including camp oven cooking, shearing demonstrations, guided tours of the district and local attractions, bush poets, whip cracking, antique machinery displays, craft stalls, live bush band performances, nightly entertainment and, of course, the iconic campfire that brings everyone together. There's plenty to see and do, with opportunities to meet the locals and experience authentic country hospitality.

The Boggabri Drovers' Campfire is held at the Boggabri Showground. Boggabri is located on the Kamilaroi Highway between Narrabri and Gunnedah in north-west New South Wales.
