Held in the shade of large gum trees in the small town of Newstead, this is a community-focused friendly market with a wide variety of stalls. You will find fresh locally grown produce, cakes, crafts, books, plants, community groups, trash and treasure. The market is run by the Newstead and District Fire Brigade with all funds going to support the brigade. Food and drink will be available at the CFA barbeque.
Stallholders are very welcome. Sites cost only $10 which makes it one of the cheapest markets around. There is no need to book a site, just turn up on the day.
