The Marryongla

We offer boutique family camping bookings and rustic wedding bookings.The Marryongla, a picture perfect destination wedding and function venue, is situated in the beautiful countryside only a stones throw from Cowra.   For years a working sheep farm, the outbuildings have been lovingly restored and remastered into the perfect space for any event, big or small.The prize of the Marryongla is the century-old Shearing Shed; full of character and charm.  The beautiful hardwood floors and traditionally framed timber walls clad with corrugated iron are the perfect backdrop for your special day.  True to the Marryongla style, the space has been brought into its new life with huge windows and it opens up onto an expansive deck overlooking the fields and far to the eastern hills.  An internal bar area and thousands of fairy lights will ensure your event flows well into the night.  The Stables, only a short distance away, is another beautifully repurposed space to include into your day.  The covered space houses the glass topped feature table, a wool- sorting table found amongst the treasures in the shearing shed.
