Comprising 80 hectares of rehabilitated bushland, Boundary Road Reserve is a community-managed land restoration project right on the edge of Bathurst. Home to 345 plant species and more than 150 animal species, the reserve has an important conservation role in the Bathurst area.

There are two walking trails through the reserve starting with the John Cousins Walking Trail at the main entrance by the car park, with the Kangaroo Plains joining on as an optional loop at the midway point of the trail.

Five minutes from the Bathurst CBD. Accessible via the Vietnam Veteran's Park off Boundary Road.
